It depends on case to case basis. Can vary from 2 weeks to 3 months.
I have been suffering from IDFC behaviour for 2 years every time he told me the wrong/Invalid reason of rejection my credit card application .I lodged compliant to idfc last time 6 jan-2025 there was no response so I lodge the compliant to RBIO on 28 jan 25 with all evidence of last one year .
Today I recieved the email from IDFC I am attaching the same .
I want to ask this email I recieved due to RBI complaint or it's a replay of 6 jan -25
As I lodged the complaint to RBIO so should I replay this email or should I wait
How I will come to know that idfc is working due to complaint or not

Check your complaint status on RBI CMS Website if it's forwarded to bank then it's due to RBIO Complaint and they are working due to complaint.
Also don't respond before checking your status.

RBI ombudsmen from some cities/pincodes are so nice. The one in my Mumbai area has no views of his own, he's a lenient-towards-banks moron who only asks the bank for comment and then asks customer for comment and doesn't pass out any judgement or punishment of his own for the bank.

2019 me mene flipkart payletter jo ki idfc ki taraf se he liya tha or 2022 me mene close kardiya tha 2023 se card apply karrah hu ye decline kardete hain reason puchne par bata te hain ki 2020 me late payment he men cibil report send kari ke mene koi late payment nahi ki na hi mere cibil me show ho raha he inhone apni galati man li or bola ham update kardenge 3 month baad apply karna aisa ye 2 saal se karrahe hain aakhri baar 29 dec-24 me mene ye sochke apply kiya ki sb sab theek hoga inhone phir decline kardiya mene reason pucha to is baar inhone email me hi reason dediya ki late payment he .mene phir 6 jan -25 ko cibil report send kari inka koi response nahi aaya tab jake mene 28 jan-25 ko Rbi me complaint kari kal inka replay aaya he
Currently the status it is what to do ? Should I replay to email or wait ?

It's forwarded to bank. Means idfc got the RBI complaint
Should i Send NOC or not.?
Nicee. Received a reply faster than light! After a day! Now will fight for compensation for harassment.

It's your choice, just let them resolve your issue whatever you are satisfied or not, ask them for compensation. BTW you asked any compensation while raising RBI CMS complaint?
