RBL CC Annual fee reversal

For the past 2 years i've got the annual fee(999) reversed with GST after requesting through customer care.
But this time they reversed only the annual fee and declined the GST amount as it is already paid to the GOVT.

CITI reversed my annual fee with GST for my 2 cards.

How many of you received the GST amount along with annual fee reversed?

Ask them to raise a credit note w.r.t GST and then refund it to you

Asked them to reverse the GST. They declined and ready to offer some reward points to match the amount to which i declined😛.
Asked them a LTF and they declined it.
Asked them to CANCEL the card and they accepted it without hesitation and its GONE for good. RBL card app stopped working.
Have to close their SB a/c too.
No more RBL for me👍.

I've RBL World Safari Card LTF with priority pass but never ever used after activation. It's a pretty useless card for me as I hardly travel abroad. Offered this card LTF by RBL after RBL Zomato Edition Card discontinuation.

Initially they offered me Shoprite Card but I denied. I'm thinking of closing this card permanently because it is unnecessarily lying in my wallet within the drawer.

I've reversed my SBI Vistara Annual Fee but without GST. They also added 200 CV Points in my account against GST.
