RBL ICON/World Safari Credit Cards on Life Time Free

Hello,

Does anybody know how to get RBL ICON/World Safari on Life Time Free?
Even Joining Fee is accepted but not yearly fee.

The executive offered it over call and I didn't let it go. Though it was quite difficult journey.

I got it last year, didn't have any previous relation with RBL, simply applied for it on their website. I agreed to the fees as I planned to save much more on USD transactions. Later I ran into some problems with merchant's payment gateway so I complained about it and I was refunded the fees without GST.
I asked them again this month to close the card as It's of no use to me and I don't want to pay the annual fee, they gave another free year to use the card. This is my experience with this card.
