Received an email and SMS from RBL Bank today that says Utility, Railways, Govt Services and Insurance Payments won't be eligible for the 1% unlimited cashback. It will be applicable from 20th November.
I have attached the screenshot of the email for reference.
RBL is killing all its credit cards. First they did it to PLAY card and now this.
Utter dissappointment.
