The qualifying purchase value for the monthly benefit shall be exclusive of all EMI transactions, cash withdrawals, fees (if any), charges and GST. It is further clarified that qualifying purchase value for the monthly benefit shall exclude all transactions made on fuel, rent, wallet, insurance, utilities, and government services categories w.e.f. 9th October 2023.
