RBL Shoprite Card not yet delivered

Hello,

I had a RBL Edition Classic Credit Card. It was converted to RBL Shoprite Card on 16th May. But Credit Card is not yet delivered. I am not able to see the new card in RBL Mycards App. Also the Credit Limit, Outstanding amount is not showing in the App.

Also how to pay the Bill due as the details of Shoprite Card is not yet known till now.

Anyone has received the Shoprite Card till now?

Mine also showed the same status yesterday. But today it is showing as in Transit. First Pickup was from Gurgaon which was cancelled and the new pickup is from Delhi which is in transit.

rewards section for zomato card disappeared from myrbl app
