RBL Shoprite shows annual fee NIL is it lifetime free?

I got RBL Shoprite approved in email it shows annual fee Nil should I get confirmation from CC?

2000 RP on first transaction is only for those who pay joining fee right?

6 months back, I got same email but then card was paid card 🙁 They denied converting it to LTF !

Make sure you get an email that your card is LTF first before worrying about reward points.

I registered on mobile app but did not setup the PIN. If card is not LTF can I reject the card after it gets dispatched? I also sent email have to wait for their reply. I think we can cancel the card within 45 days of issuance without any fee thru email cardcancellation@rblbank.com.

Suggest you to not do anything which would activate your card.

If you make noise, they would surely reverse joining fees. I closed my card and filed RBI complaint for mis selling (was offered World Safari LTF, then shoprite LTF but got paid shoprite). Received 10k amazon voucher as compensation

10k voucher is a good deal. He must activate.

So do you still have it or closed? you should have taken world safari.

Nope I closed it. Didn't feel like world safari was great card.

I'm not sure if that counts as activation... for few banks.. its PIN set which triggers activation and its different for others

RBL has 45 days free trail you can cancel the card if you don't like it. I have to wait for their reply. If annual fee is Nil then why did they refuse to convert it to LTF? Did you apply via PayTM?
