Yes.... They gave me rbl shoprite ltf in place of paid rbl play card.... Just happened last week........ I talked to 2-3 agents tho..... If an agent didn't listened to me I used to cut the call and then another agent will call... The third agent finally agreed.... And issued ltf shoprite... Many people in this forum have got even higher variant ltf cards

Additionally, I also have the RBL ShopRite cc, which is LTF. After obtaining the World Safari card, I requested the first-year fee waiver, which was approved.

Recently, I sent an email requesting to convert the World Safari card to LTF, but my req was denied.

As I primarily use this card for intl txns due to the 0% foreign currency markup, I would like to know if there are alternative ways to get this card converted to LTF.

World saffari is very unlikely to convert into ltf.
Try retention once, most probably they will waive off annual fees but u have to pay gst

Give closure request rention team call you mostly provide waiver off annual fee I did same in June my card renewal due in August

You can place closure request and try to do it when retention team calls you.... else u can easily get shoprite ltf via paytm if u have offer..... Shoprite is ltf and good for grocery and occasional discount offers.... And most importantly its ltf.... If u get shoprite... Then close play card
