Asked for Monthly treat card but they denied. I even said that I would have to close it if not provided but they said only 2 options are there: Shoprite LTF & World safari FYF.
Already have Paisabazaar Duet card.

Raised request to upgrade to World Safari. He said after accepting the world safari, you can raise the request to downgrade the card to monthly treats.

I finally got in contact with a CC agent that was willing to take my upgrade request for World Safari FYF. But I didn't receive any service request email or SMS from RBL for it 🤔

Yes u wont get any email or sms but the request is placed. So at least i toh asked for the sr number as well in case if i want to enquire after 2 3 days. Total process he told me would take around 10 days. For card upgradation arnd 4 days it would take and then world safari processing and physical card delivery would take around 5 to 6 days so arnd 10 ish days

Card now live in net banking on web but not in mobile app and edition card is still active. Still didn't receive dispatch details yet.
