Re-Load & Use hdfc credit card

I have hdfc cc with 37k limit. I used 35k and only 2k balance was available.

Later I load my cc with 15k and used that 16k, Now 1k is available

So my total transaction will be more than my limit, (35+16)

So is it termed as overlimit use ?
or
it's not overlimit..?

Note: available balance never hits to Zero.

and is it chargeable ?

Yes. It's part of your total spends for that year..

To add, I dont think you will get reward points for using over limit.
My IDFC limit was 1.5L and I used it for 1.6L. IDFC din't credit reward points for that cycle, sighting that I used card for commercial purposes. All I did was book flights and hotels.
Lost 4000 INR worth reward points during that cycle.
