Upon contacting Amazon support, I was informed that the voucher code provided has already been used by someone else. This is extremely frustrating as it took considerable time and effort to obtain the code, and now it turns out to be invalid.
How could SBI send an expired or used voucher code as if it were new? I am very disappointed with this experience, and I expect an immediate resolution. Kindly issue a valid Amazon voucher code as promised under the welcome voucher program without further delay.

Some of your SBI card executives redeem the voucher, and then they send the used voucher code to customers. A detailed investigation is needed for this issue on a priority basis.
