I finally decided to apply for Rbl IndianOil Xtra Credit card today. https://www.rblbank.com/personal-banking/cards/credit-cards/indianoil-rbl-bank-xtra-credit-card/
The application took Basic info and generated application number. Remember to click the "here" link right on this page to complete KYC or your application will get stuck. (Copy link and open in web browser if it's not working) Better to use Laptop.
It will ask you to fill lots of details before activating Vkyc link. This link will also be then sent to mobile phone which can be completed in between 09:30 AM - 11:00 PM (Mon-Sun)
Once Vkyc is complete, wait for 30 minutes and then check application status https://applications.rblbank.com/track-application-status
If the card is approved the status will convert to Card boarded

In a couple of hours the card should be visible on RBL Mobank app if you already have it through savings account. If you have an Existing Credit card like me, your Credit Limit would be floater/shared with the old card Example: If you had 4 lac limit on old card then this card will also show CL of 4 Lac, however the total Available Limit would be 4 Lac combined for all cards.
Now you can use app like Cred to try and add RBL Credit card on UPI.
If you are lucky to get Rupay card then it will show else assume you were issued Mastercard
Also, I hold Savings Account and RBL Play Credit card with CIBIL of 800
I do not see any CIBIL hit until now.

Seems update in progress. Not yet reflecting in iOS

I could see all 16 digits in IOS.
Install RBL mycard app(for cc), you can see 16 digits.

You could see last 4 digits in RBL mobile banking app(for savings account and cc)

Same happened with me. I tried everything and RBL is giving useless answers as they also don't know what's happening

I applied on 6th September, but no message or mail or cibil hit till now. Whenever I try to get the application status via customer care automated call, I get this message only.
But customer care says that they don't know anything about my application.

I believe you can use a different mobile number and apply again using Laptop. Once approved you can get your mobile number updated

But because of this message I think I am already approved , also I am holding Shoprite ltf from last 6 months, so I don't think it's good to use another number now.
Any tf member who recently got this card please reconfirm that if they received same message or anything different.

Ye old wala card apke pass hai uska message hai. Same mere bhi yahi msg aaya hai but old card ka hai.

That card is not even applied properly and you are thinking it’s approved LOL

I have two RBL credit cards—Play and Shoprite—as well as a savings account with RBL. Can I apply for a third card, the RBL IndianOil credit card.
