Recently received blank email from axis bank after applying for airtel axis CC

The email is titled with "Credit card request status" and the body is empty... Email id seems genuine... Is this received by anyone? And till when i can expect it to be approved? I got my physical KYC done today

Yes I received that blank mail in MAY 2023 when I applied Axis Airtel

This means. Bank saying... "Status bhej rhe hu. Jyada Dil p na lena. Email blank rkha hai. Jo samjhna hai khud se samjh lena."
