Problems applying for Airtel Axis credit card

I've been receiving WhatsApp messages from Airtel saying I'm eligible for this card, but when I click the link and go to the Airtel app and click Apply Now, it takes me to a page that says "Thanks for your interest. We currently don't have any credit card offers for you".

It's the same if I apply straight from the Airtel app.

I've spoken to a couple of people in the credit cards department at the nearest Axis Bank branch and they don't know what it's about, since applications for this card are exclusively through the Airtel app. Airtel store people don't know either.

I've written to Airtel customer service, but I know I shouldn't hold my breath waiting for an answer.

Does anyone know how to get around this?

I don't know, if the agent asks any OTP and ny dad is not at home, I need to call him and ask for OTP. If he is at home, I will have his mobile. So no issue

That's what I don't know. For Flipkart axis I applied through Cashkaro, they did physical KYC

Are bahi itna bhi kya darna apply toh kro pehele bus apne mind mai 1100 rs cashback rakho or khud jao apply krne.

I have 4 other bank cards to apply for upcoming 4 months, just being cautious that I don't get a useless enquiry in CIBIL 😁 Already have 4 successful enquiries for past 4 months, still 4 more needed.

Today I tried applying through my dad's number. Since it is his Airtel SIM, it autopopulated name, DOB to his details. If I change my name, at the end app shows details doesn't match. If I apply with autopopulate details, the card will be not in my name and DOB, and these details will not match with my PAN details when banks check my application. What to to now?

I had the exact same issue and applied through different number and got the card

Put your details down, except for the number, which you cannot change.

Yes I did. Aftee submitting, it "checked" for 60 seconds and said cannot submit application because of incorrect details. It didn't say what is incorrect.

I see Airtel card FYF from my Dad's phone. (no offer for me).
My Dad's phone number is in his name and is JIO. But my Dad is retired from work and age 60+. Pretty sure they will reject the application??

Trying from different number but using our details. Only phone number will be Dad's. Later we can contact bank and change the mobile number. All those who got this from another person number entered their name, DOB, PAN, etc in the application.

Still I am getting "incorrect information" after submitting the application.
