For me it took almost 4-5 day

Yes you get a billed invoice for the charges, by then the transfer would have happened

Yes, it can take anywhere between 2-5 days depending on the bank working days.

Although, there’s a trick that ensures the amount is in the landlord’s account the very next day. So, this is for HDFC bill pay. Login to your NetBanking and go to bill pay. Now, instead of clicking on the Pre saved red giraffe bill just enter the same details again by entering the rg id and email/mobile and proceed with the payment. It will be in your landlord’s account the next day.
Please note: this trick is a T+1 technique, so in case if it’s a second Saturday or a Sunday then the amount will reflect only on Monday.

Delete and re add the biller on payzapp. There's an unfixed bug for a few months now. Typical HDFC things
