Refund issue in ICICI Coral Rupay Card

I bought one item on ajio.com and returned it. Ajio issued refund on 13th March and also provided refund reference number for the same. Till now no refund on the card, contacted customer support which is as usual clueless and robotic. They said no refund and I need to wait for atleast 15 days from refund issue date. Even providing them the refund reference number is of no help. They asked for merchant email with all the details like reference number, transaction amount, date refund was issued, etc after 15 days are over.

It is very strange as generally card refund gets credited within 5 days from date of refund but here it is taking forever.

Wanted to know whether this is something to do with the Rupay cards, like late refund credits, etc.
 
This could be icici issue. Personally similar issue has happened with me several times only with my icici cards. They are really bad at processing refunds. Once i had to cancel an emi transaction 2-3 days after a purchase but the refund came after 2 emis were processed.

Though I never faced any issue with ICICI but seems like their support is not good in case any issue comes. Had similar issue with SBI card(although it was my mistake), they gave me a credit of same amount till they are over with the investigation. Here RM is useless and asked me to contact customer support who is as usual clueless

Till now refund is not processed. Both AJIO and ICICI bank support teams are working as clueless robots sending me same emails again and again despite providing the required details multiple times. ICICI asked me to wait 15 days which are passed and now they are saying wait for 15 working days which is not correct as it should ideally take 5-7 working days only. What to do? Very frustrating as even despite email conversation with their support team from a week, no ticket is created. So could this be a strategy for a new scam to keep money at their side only. Is there anyone who can help me in this.

Additionally planning to move out my salary account from ICICI bank(of 16 years), any suggestions to where should I create new account?
