I am in same boat. Unfortunately, DGCA is a toothless regulator and doesn't work like RBI Ombudsman. Airsewa is just a ticketing interface and solution is given by Air India / relevant airlines team only. Even if you are unstaifies or there is no resolution you cannot escalate via Airsewa. I have tried nodal, appelate, airsewa, social media already. If things don't move for me I am thinking to send registered letters to MoCA grievance, followed by RTI. https://civilaviation.gov.in/rti/public-grievance
