What are the conditions for booking via points on Air India or redeeming award tickets? Once migrated from Vistara to Air India Flying Returns?

I asked on Twitter and they said Voucher bookings will be as per FR program guidelines with a link to more FAQ'S. Over there also it was the same mentioned for voucher booking, it will be as per Air India FR usage policy which no one seems to specify.

Will try on Nov 12th. I need to book a flight to Delhi for December for my wife. For point bookings, its clear we need to finish 2 cash bookings. For vouchers, lets see.

Seems booking for family using vouchers/CV Points is doable right away.

I tried using Points/voucher for both I could enter friends name & go till payment page.

Can someone confirm?

It didnt work for me. I added 2 adults but it showed results only for me and not my wife

Nah! They blocked it altogether.

I called customer support yesterday night and they confirmed that they are facing system outage and unable to make reservations using vouchers.
asked me to call again after 24 hours

Maybe confirm with customer care? Points should be usable.

What error you got & at what stage ? Did you go till payment page?

PS: you need to add passanger one after another by pressing next page at bottom to add next passenger. By default it has your name others you can add manually
