Do we get Reward points for Utility Bill Payments using HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card?

I made electricity bill payment of Rs. 2000 via Payzapp using my HDFC Regalia card. However, I didn't receive any reward points for this transaction. Don't we get reward points for paying electricity bill using the HDFC Regalia card. Or, I didn't get reward points because I used the HDFC Regalia...

There is a comment on this thread that HDFC has discontinued giving RPs on utility and insurance premium. Is this correct? Can someone please validate? In case RPs are still offered, what is the best way to pay utility bill using HDFC regalia to maximise rewards.

4 rp per every 150₹. Do you got any devaluation ... saying no rp .... email ?

First check the mcc, it's utility or not. Then raise SR for missing reward points.
