Regalia Gold Regalia GOLD LTF Upgrade

Today while checking CC upgrade option on HDFC netbanking then found Regalia Gold upgrade offer worth Rs.0 Annual charge.

Is it really LTF ? Earlier same option was coming but with Rs.2500.

Don't know if they will charge or not !

How do we know if Regalia Gold card is LTF or FYF(where can I check in netbanking).
My card upgraded from Millenia in August, during upgrade it showed FYF. Now when I emailed for LTF conversion, the response said it is already LTF.
Note: I only hold CC from HDFC, no other account.

the only way to know is through customer support, either through call or email.
