Regarding address change in credit card

I have cards from Sbi and Axis where my current address is set as communication address. My permanent address is not serviceable. If i update my permanent address as communication address will i have to do kyc? Will they cancel it as that address is not serviceable? If anyone has experience please share.

If you address change no problem.card will be not cancelled. I have also change my all card address with aadhar no problem .

No KYC is required. You just need to furnish the required details mentioned on app or website. The cards will also not be cancelled.

u will send an email for address proof

For SBI they called me after 2 days for confirming address. Axis instantly changed with aadhar.

most of the banks are allowing address change via online method.
if I remember, I had to send the proof by post for HDFC Bank.
For all other banks online/aadhaar you can change the address.

am unable to update, anything, like address, email, or mobile number via app/internet banking

what I need to update is the current/communication address only.

It shows KYC is pending

If I press update kyc. It says can't be processed digitally.
