Regarding HDFC Bank credit card approval

Hii everyone I had applied for a HDFC card on 30/10 and this was going to be my second unsecured card have one bob cc of 15000 ik it's too less but since inwas an account holder in tht bank they had given me this so the thing is when I applied for HDFC card on their website they were showing business bizz credit card visa and rupay ( since I'm self employed) the site shown me only these two cards naturally I had chosen HDFC business bizz rupay varient the same date I had done vkyc and after tht the application reference no generated and I was keeping track on it , cut to today recieved a message tht my HDFC card application has been processed kindly check the status after two days but as soon as I recieved this I went to check on website and it's showing declined I have a cibil score of 750, 2 bob unsecured cards and fd cards and CUR below 30% still its showing declined but I have recieved a mail from them which I will be attaching here in the form of ss plss help me tht my card approval chances are there or not , cibil enquiry was done on 30 th oct

Check with your RM , if not call hdfc customer care once. If there are any pending docs , they try to help you out.

If they also cannot do, cooling period for hdfc will be 6 months to reapply

I don't have any account with them how come will I get an RM ?

I think there are chances of approval only if you have valid ITR with reasonable computation.

The executive will come for this and will also verify your home address.

Have office of myself at my residence only and have 4 filed itr till date the latest one is 6.3 L and have computation, P and L , and a balance sheet

Also at mail they mentioned their executive will contact so should I contact them from my end or should I wait

If you have email response from HDFC stating that they will contact you, wait for them.

Sometimes this hdfc cc status shows as declined, and after sometime pending, hdfc magic. Recently I got similar issue, approved, pending, approved the status switched but I got card finally
