Regarding loan repayment

Hey all I have a question to all of you regarding the loan repayment and it's effect on cibil
Actually I had taken loan from truebalance app due to some medical emergency and the due date for the emi was 3 April 2025 and this loan was scheduled to be paid via upi or debit card since I hadn't set up autopay there but the thing was tht day my bank server was not responding at all and I was not having my debit card at that time the emi amount was 4125 .
Due to this I missed the date because of it but as soon as the server restored to normal on next day 04 April around 9 am I made a payment and they had accured me interest of 3rs. So I made full payment of 4128 now the thing is I am worried that will it reduce my score I hadn't took the full day of 4 April just few hours will they report me as default I'm so stressed out regarding this please help me . I also mailed them and explained the issue and reply is awaited from their side but also I had called them one of their representative said it will reflect as overdue by 1 day
Isn't there a grace period or rbi regulations for repaying the missed emi on next day due to network issues

Be calm, Better wait for some time and track your CIBIL, if there is any late payment mark then -

You can request truebalance higher authorities to do the needful considering the situation. They may consider your request.

grace period is for levying late payment charges and not for reporting. Like CCP said it will be posted as 1-day late payment.

3rs levied as default payment charges and had paid emi plus this
