Regarding Samsung refrigerator

In April 2024, I purchased a Samsung refrigerator of 301 liters from Amazon. For the first 6 months it was working fine; after that, there was a problem regarding cooling (the refrigerator was not maintaining the desired set temperature). I raised the complaint, and then the technician came and changed the temperature sensor. Then it was working fine for 6 or 7 days, and then again there was a cooling problem. Again, I raised the complaint with Samsung, and then the technician came and replaced the gas of the refrigerator. Again, it was working fine for 6 or 7 days. After that, the same problem was there again. For the third time, I told the technician that the same problem is still there. The technician said for your peace of mind, you (the customer) can increase the warranty of the refrigerator for 4 years at the cost of 4700. Then I increased the warranty of the product from 15.04.2025 to 15.04.2029.

Now, is there any way to replace the refrigerator from Samsung without any extra cost? I am pissed off with the problem, as the cooling problem is still there, and the refrigerator is still in normal warranty of 1 year, which is provided by the company. {Although I still have 4 years of extended warranty (which will be starting from 15.04.2025) in my hand.}

Warranty is just an eye wash...my parents facing same problem with 1 year old samsung...recently they bought LG for peace of mind under exchange offer

Not that model, but i bought 198L 5* scamsung refrigerator, it's still working fine 0 issues till now.
But if you are going for these high models i suggest get any other brands as suggested by sunit above lg will be good.
I am considering buying the below Samsung refrigerator during the upcoming sale, but after reading about your experience with Samsung, I am feeling skeptical. Does anyone have any experience with this model?

There is no issue with Samsung but the fan stops working when there is ice formation impeding the working of fan and fan stops working leading to increasing temperature in refrigerator section. There is no problem with gas leak since they are hermetically sealed. This happens if your living in coastal, tropical or subtropical areas.

If you buy the Samsung refrigerator, make sure to keep the temp at 7 degrees to 5 degrees when humidity is high and between 5 to 1 degrees when at low humidity or when westerly blows.

Search youtube and see how many people are frustrated by its performance, not in Asia but continental US also.
Good luck.

Thanks for your input, @Hope and @unit vector!
I'm not sure which other brands are reliable in this price range besides Samsung. I don't want to go with LG, as we've had countless bad experiences with their appliances - multiple ACs, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, all of which have let us down.

I'm also considering the model below from Haier. Have you had any experience with Haier refrigerators in the past?

@RadTheCrab I would suggest visiting reliance digital for offers available with different brands, if store exists.
I think Samsung has minimum temperature reach of -23°C but Haier has -18°C. I am not sure. Check it.
Since you are buying a huge refrigerator, make sure to provide ample ventillation.
