Registration Error on Kiwi App

Today, I attempted to create an account on the Kiwi app. However, during the registration process, I encountered an error stating that my information did not match government records. This is despite the fact that all the details I entered were accurate, and I registered using the mobile number linked to my Aadhaar. Unfortunately, Kiwi's customer support has been unable to provide any assistance. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue.

All the details are given as per record. They don't even let me use their upi. I email them and also tweet about it, but no fks given to me from their team

I am facing similar problem too. Tried applying for Kiwi CC, after filling all details it showed fetching my details from government records and then it got stuck on the below page (screenshot). I even tried uninstall and re-install the app in my phone even in my wife's phone but of no help.
Wherever I log in with my phone number, it shows the same exact page.

Expected so. Uninstalling the shitty app from my phone now.
Thank god my CIBIL enquire hit is not yet happened

I too had same issue. Every time app was opened it went on like this. And after sometime got rejected. If you have Yes Bank cc, it will rejected.

I dont have any existing YES CC though.
I really dont want to go ahead with this CC anymore.

I too had same issue. Every time app was opened it went on like this. And after sometime got rejected. If you have Yes Bank cc, it will rejected.

After almost how many days you get to know your application was rejected? Post that did the app open successfully?

Same day after 5-6 times when it opened it showed rejection message

I faced the same issue and shitty customer care was not at all helpful. what a shitty app really - kept on saying name does not match with PAN while I literally put the same name as PAN -_-. Good that CIBIL was not hit at least I can apply for any other Yes bank card. KIWI is SHIT!! period.

Hi, When creating my profile on the Kiwi app, I mistakenly typed my name incorrectly without realizing it. As a result, my credit card application was rejected. I only noticed the error recently. Despite sending emails and reaching out through social media, I haven’t received any response from them. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
