Rejected Application | Upgraded Indusind CC in 5 minutes

Hi All,
A week back I applied for Eazydiner CC and straightaway Indusind rejected my application.

I went to the branch for and told them that I got Axis Magnus approved and delivered few days back, what's your criteria that my application got rejected even though I am holding your Platinum card for more than a year.

The branch guy just said "Arey sir aap unhe chodiye, ek minute dijiye mai check karta hu"
He called some guy and offered me Pinnacle or a Legend. I told him no I only want Eazydiner I am not interested in those two cards. He called again and told me "Sir aap confirm kariye, upgrade karwa denge and just told me about some Welcome benefits of the card"

I told him "I am ok with it par rejected hai meri application, fir bhi ho jaega koi wait nhe."
He said "Nhe sir sab abhi hoga 5mins mei.. Aapke pass call aaegi jo maine aapko Welcome benefits btayae hai aapse wahi woh confirm karenge ki employee ne kuch gadbad toh nhe ki"

In 5mins i got a call from Indusind the lady was just confirmed the same along with charges and the application was processed.

Even after that the guy was confident and was telling me sir "Aap ek baar check kar lijiyega Pinnacle aur Legend card, hum approve karwa denge LTF(probably Legend) "

My point is -
1. Within a week of my application getting rejected that branch guy got me an upgrade even though there was no offer on the card and got the application processed and confirmed in 5minutes. How?
2. On top of that he was still offering me new Card that. No waiting/cooldown period?

And Yes, I will take one LTF card.

Yes, 10k annual Fee is there. You can visit the branch and request for the card. They offer it for 10k joining (without 25k joining gift card of-course) but you will get all other benefits.

Is Crest and celesta also available with 10k fees?

Just enquired and said he is unable to apply if it's rejected in the past 3 months.

Not sure what happened, my Eazydiner application got rejected max 10 days ago. Still i got the upgrades and he wants me to take either Legend or Pinnacle with 1st year joining after that no annual charge.

Do you hold existing Indusind Card? SO, you have to apply for Eazydiner manually via Email on split limit basis. Because indusind doesnt allow multiple cards by default.

Indusind gave me Eazydiner card addition to existing Pinnacle Card (application via Email request)

Which email id you mail to? How old was your first indus card at the time of email?

But first contact the eazydiner prime team by call (activate prime for 3 months using 1Rs offer) they will help you to get the card via Indusind. Also, first year fee is not charged in bill.

Hi folks i applied for Legend like few months back verification guy came and later my card got rejected and applied for my family memebers too we all applied on same day they had platinum in their profile they got approved and now the catch is i am getting calls stating how is your experience using card muliple times i said i have been rejected still getting calls what should i do?
