REKYC REQUEST FOR HDFC AND ONE CARD

Hey everyone,

I received emails and text messages regarding my HDFC credit card and OneCard (BOB) stating that my KYC is pending and I need to complete re-KYC. I'm unsure if these messages are legitimate.

HDFC is requesting that I complete re-KYC using an Aadhaar-based OTP, while OneCard (BOB) is asking me to book an appointment for an agent to collect the documents.

I’ve attached screenshots of both emails and messages for your review. Could you please help verify their authenticity? Should I proceed with the re-KYC for HDFC using Aadhaar and book an appointment for OneCard?

The email address from which I received the HDFC request is informations@hdfcbank.net, and for OneCard, it’s help@getonecard.app.

If anyone else has received these emails or messages, I would appreciate hearing what you did.

Received rekyc pending SMS from HDFC. After trying for almost 2 weeks(6 attempts) i finally done rekyc today(morning time prefered as the server gets busy often) using AADHAAR & OTP. Received SMS & EMAIL from HDFC that rekyc is successfully done 👍

My kyc unsuccessful just because last name in hdfc data base my first name and last name is my father name then I am doing kyc through adhar then showing error details not matching with our data base then I think I raised name changing request
