Same thing happened with me at PANTALOONS. they were new staff and were not able to find the correct option. Took them an hour and a half and discussions with colleagues and seniors before they were able to find the correct option.

The correct option specifically stated GYFTR. 😜

I believe the gyftr site should have clear steps so that voucher holder doesn't have to go through hassles and can guide the merchant. The merchants should also train their staff with all the payment instruments.

Today, i also faced the voucher redemption issue. The whole billing staffs have changed and the new main billing guy seemed not experienced and was proceeding without entering Expiry date, due to which the voucher didn't got redeemed. Had to pay the whole amount via card. I also didn't had the idea before coming to this thread. I will guide the billing guy next time and hopefully will be able to redeem successfully.
