Remove annoying Netsecure registration - web login

So every time I login to the Axis portal through my browser I get this annoying notification asking me to sign up for Netsecure. I don't know why this is. My email and phone number already receives all transaction notifications from Axis. Screenshot below.

Of course life is never simple with Axis and when I click on Register for SMS I get the error message saying my phone number is not registered with Axis! 🙂 Again screenshot below.

Going through the email id & Passport no. route tells me contact the branch!

How do I fix this. Customer care as always is clueless.

I get the same message and error, even though my mobile no is registered and I get txn sms on the same.. Axis Bank customer care is of course clueless and useless as always.
