Axis Atlas Rent payment on Axis Atlas considered as Milestone?

Hi,
Can anyone advise if Rent payments are considered for Atlas Milestone and Would earn miles.
Thanks in advance.

some clashing info on this thread so far or maybe I am confused. Has anyone received milestone benefits with rent included? I know their tnc mention it wont count but the app milestone counter is showing amount with rent and on the phone just now their exec told me rent will be counted towards milestone. But then she also told me rent won't earn edge miles. So make of that what you will.

There are two counters:
1) milestone counter
2) tier counter

Now Rental payments are not eligible for 1 but eligible for 2
The counter in App is not milestone counter but tier counter which keeps a track of tier based on your spendings.

Thanks this clarifies my doubt. Was wondering whether to keep paying rent on atlas or grab a vistara card so this makes the decision clear.

I made a rent payment of Rs.21000 a couple of days back on Axis Atlas via PayTM. The transaction got settled today.

However, the amount is not showing up on the Tier milestone slider. So I think they've removed rent from tier milestone counter too.

Also, no Edge Miles as well, but I haven't received miles for any transactions from the past two weeks.

@kapoorsanyam I got my Edge Rewards account back. All points and miles are visible except for that of the rental payment. I even got the miles for transactions I made yesterday but not for the rental payment (which I made on 13th). So it indeed looks like Axis has discontinued Miles on rental transactions on Atlas card without any intimation to customers. The only good thing is that it looks like rent is still counted for tier milestone as the tier slider is reflecting the amount.

Axis Bank playing the usual game of breach of trust with no consequences. I think this is a case for Ombudsman but I don't think they care or are going to do anything about it.

Bro, on the tier sloder it just shows the total amt roght, there os no option to see the breakup of whoch all transactions add to that amt, right? How come you saw that transaction being added to tier ? U tracking it manually?

That's right I subtracted the annual fees and GSTs from my total transaction amounts and found that it exactly matches the figure shown on the slider. It helps that I just received my first statement.

I like to know from you guys, how the tier milestone is counted?

1) milestone counted immediate after the transaction?
or
2) after the Transaction Settled?
or
3) after the few days of transaction settlement is done?
