Rent payment via amex

Need to send 1L as rent payment (security deposit) to owner.
What is the best way to do it using amex

Load it into mobikwik wallet and then sent it using pocket UPI

As almost all platform don't accept amex for rent payments

I have both MRCC and Plat Travel. Rent is 20K.

Should I use Plat Travel for this? Finish off the milestone and then use MRCC.

You will get the reward points, but load charges are 3.17% and earn rate on Platinum charge is 2.5% MR. So it is a net loss

Makes sense only for cards like Plat Travel or MRCC as earn rate is higher due to milestone benefits

You should not pay 77880 joining fee or renewal fee for Platinum charge.
There is hardly any return on spends, so don't use it
