Rent Payment Via Credit Card

I have 3 credit cards.

1. One Card
2. SBI Elite Card
3. Amex Travel Platinum Card
I am planning to do rent payments via Amex (36000) to achieve 4 lakh milestone benefit. And other payments on SBI card, and not use the One Card at all.
But I tried to find platform which supports rent payment via Amex I was only able to find Mobikwik. Is there any other platform where we can pay rent through Amex.
MobiKwik has a very high fees ~2.5% but it also give 1% cashback I have not tried it, but I am assuming it will would make the fees ~1.5%, is this a good deal?
Also after paying the rent though MobiKwik, will I get regular spend based awards on AMEX? That is the 1 Rp on every 50 spent will I get this. I know for sure that it is counted towards the milestone benefits, but not sure about the regular rewards. Also is there any charge by Amex on rent payment? I know that SBI charges a processing fees on rent payment.
Can anyone help me here? Should I go ahead with the above plan of making rent payment with Amex via MobiKwik and all other payments with SBI?

Try this apps, txn will be marked as bill payments.

I think spends on Amex cards do not have any such restrictions on rent payments.

I don't think Bharatnxt or Snapay support Amex cards.
 
Bharatnxt not able to use Amex. Did not try Snapay.

If the transaction is marked as bill payable then regular awards won’t be awarded right? Because amex does not give rewards in bill payments. Will paying through mobikwik also mark it is as bill payment and no rewards will be awarded?

Snapay supports amex

Why you said "do not try"??
 
Mobikwik allows Amex only till 20k rent and it's classified as utilities and we receive regular RPs, Snapay I had used a year ago and it was good; haven't used recently though so can't comment also they charge extra for Amex
 
Simply add money to paytm wallets. It gives points and milestone. Tested, ok.
Trick:
Paytm charge 2.5% approx.
Also gives, 1.5% cashback (at least 1-2 times in a month)
Use that opportunity to add to paytm wallet. CC bill pay, 1% cashback.

Voila! 0% effective way to ise amex plat travel.
Use paytm wallet for bill payments/ local merchant payment/fuel.

1.5% is capped at 300
And if 1% cashback that you mentioned is cheq the real cashback rate is less than 0.25%

really paytm gives CB on wallet loading? Hope it is not just the 2 Rs, 4 Rs types like Gpay !!

Paid rent on mobikwik via amex. No rewards received post settlement. Tried with smart earn and with platinum travel cc.
Have they changed merchant code?
 
My personal experience of using Paytm wallet load by Amex.

1.Although offers mention that offer can be availed 2 to 3 times per month, I could use for only once per month. If I try to use 2nd time, it says 'you are ineligible'.

2.Charges are 4.65%. ( differs person to person)

3. Cashback maximim is 300. It can be used for only fuel. Accepted only in petrol pump having Paytm wallet QR code.

4. I got regular Amex rewards.

Wouldn't this Paytm workaround be tagged by Paytm as money rotating if this happens frequently?
