Replacement of BOB Savings Account

Hello Folks,

I have been using BOB account since last 4 yrs , my experience is very average. Branch service is not so good ,always have to wait and revisit branches for queries to get solved , even app experience is not so good ,its rich in features but many features dont work when needed.Hence I have decided to close the bank account. Need suggestions on Replacement account preferred is Govt bank with decent app & net banking experience. I already have account with
Hdfc , ICICI, Kotak , Union.

In govt SBI has improved their service.
