Request for UPI Rupay credit card.

In my HDFC credit card app, i am getting this banner to Request for UPI Rupay credit card.

I am using HDFC MILLENIA card.

If I am requesting then will I get a new card or my existing Millenia card will be converted to RuPay and they will send the RuPay variant ?

If anyone has come across this, do shed some light.

It's additional card. Your previous card will remain active. Also it's virtual card, you won't get physical card if you apply.

Reward rate is too low. I would suggest to Check Tata neu app. See there if you have an offer for FYF or LTF Tata Neu Cards. If your existing card limit is above 1 Lakh you can get Tata Neu Infinity which provide 1.5% CB. Tata neu Plus provides 1% CB. If you didn't use app before, then sign up and check your credit score, you might get an offer for card in few days.

Go for infinity, no brainer. Has better reward ratio.

Infinity is rupay select and plus is rupay platinum. Go for infinity. It has far better reward late then plus.

No, I’m not a Tata employee. Maybe I already have HDFC card that’s why.

Requires payment of annual fee if spend threshold is not met. Try getting Tata Neu cards on the basis of LTF if you have the offer.

Spend threshold is only 25k a year which can be easily done with the not so secret trick.
