Reserve Airport Transfer. Bangalore missing from list

Axis Reserve has become one of the worst cards ever after devaluations.

But I still kept it around for the Airport transfers. But suddenly I can't seem to find Bangalore as an option in the city list.

Has it never been there or was it removed?

Really disappointed at the moment.

It was there and I have used up 4 of the airport transfers already, so I can’t go to the page anymore to request.
Not sure if they removed recently altogether or paused temporarily given the holiday travel and may be their partner Avis is too busy.

You can still call and book for Bengaluru

Axis Reserve is still a good card if I get one I would still take it with a 60k annual fee, call and book and say about the reserve card they will guide you

They are asking for reporting time for drop to Airport

Does it mean the time to arrive at Airport or the time to pick from home ? Would u know ?

Give them your flight info
Whether it's a departure service or an arrival service and specify that the time you are mentioning is your flight time , and on mail share the flight tickets etc.
