Yes you can use at any hpcl petrol pump which accepts HPpay (mostly accepts).

Buying Amazon GV with 10% kinda Difficult , coz of rare chance of getting intermile or twid options.

I called the restaurant ahead of time to make sure the Dineout payment method was accepted or not. Following a meal, I received a bill for the same amount as the menu card, which I pay using the Dineout app. Prices may have risen if you booked using the app in advance. But I am not sure.
