[Restored now] Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay??

I just saw that Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay, is this temporary glitch?

Also, I am able to see HDFC credit card under new card add option.

UPDATE 25.09 1AM: Indeed it was a glitch, restored now.... Relief😅

@Pavan Add a poll to this thread to see what is the ratio of people on Old v/s New UI.

Bank is rolling new UI slowly to all, as of now only 25% I guess.
Very slow performance, needs lots of improvement.

I am on the new UI. Never felt it is slow. Its a bit confusing since they are mimicking their website into netbanking. But I spent an hour to thoroughly explore the interface. Since then, it's been easy.

In Mobile App, if anyone wants to get thier DC option visible, I already mentioned the trick to @AritraSaha ,somewhere earlier in this thread.. I think it should still work..

PNB despatched RuPay Select card.
SBI-PAYTM despatched RuPay card.

email n SMS recieved now....

Did you convert it from Platinum rupay card or applied directly for Select only. If converted what is the procedure to follow?

I have upgraded debit card after seeing 1% cb in the forum last month, and just use 1 time, got 35 rewards point only, upgraded efforts got wasted

I also upgraded my account variant from standard to saving max for free debit card 🙂... and they done this...

Asked for card conversion - Thru App (PNB Genie). No need to write letter/email. If your request is approved, they will ask you to email your ITR/Salary slip. That's it. Within 3 days - it's done. Card is on the way.
