Resume credit card application

I had applied through there portal for card.Got to the part where vkyc had to be done.Couldnt do it then.Neither did I receive any sms or mail with a link to complete vkyc.How to resume it? Anyone have a clue

Login to net banking and then after logging out, you will see a "complete now" button image with a credit card image.

Tap that and you should be able to continue with the same application that you left before.

Yeah my application was approved. I had mailed the grievance redressal. After I already received my card, they have replied that my application could not be processed🤦‍♂️

i ahve applied pnb credit card on 16 august 2022, on the last page bank asked me to upload last three month salary slip, due to some problem i could not upload.After six month i try to apply with fresh application bank says please resume your application, i resumed the application its not resuming now two years have passed still the same problem i dont have saving account with pnb i have mailed many time but not saolved .Any one can help me ?
