1% surcharge for rent payment upto Rs. 1500 per transaction.
No Reward points for Insurance premium payment.

No. Rent is excluded for milestone even in Select. If it is excluded in Magnus it is obvious it would be excluded in lower variant card.

This is what is written for Select
Spends threshold for Milestone benefits will exclude rent and wallet transactions
o Example- you made yearly spends of INR 300,000 on your Select Credit Card. Although, if INR 300,000 spends include rent or wallet transaction of INR 50,000, you will not be eligible for milestone benefits.

Honestly I am surprised they haven’t put rent restriction on Vistara cards. Infinite is on par with Magnus while other two are below Magnus. Hence, just wanted to confirm what sms Vistara card holders have received.

Received updated TNC for my axis FK card too , they have excluded rent , fuels , gift card purchase from Amazon/flipkart , gold jewellery , insurance , fees etc from earning cashback

Also applied 1% charge on rent payments

is the payment made on redgiraffe on payzapp counted as insurance? will you get rewards points for the same on hdfc Infinia and will it be counted as milestone benefit for axis Magnus?

That is because 1% rent surcharge is applicable on Vistara cards also, just milestone benefits are kept unlike Magnus.

But you will still receive normal edge or cv points on rent for all cards although not very useful after paying surcharge?

I think it's still useful because you get rewarded overall even after devaluation, unless you have a card that gives better reward on rent.

It is not about reward but on rent. It is about achieving spend based waiver.

Vistara cards are still pretty good I think, cause you get milestone benefits.

Vistara card was never part of.milestone hence not mentioned but still vistara earns miles just like magnus earns er
