Reward Points for YEIDA Transaction

Hello Guys,

I will be filling up a form for booking a Plat in YEIDA (YEIDA RESIDENTIAL PLOTS SCHEME RPS 08 2024 ONLINE COLLECTION). Does anyone know if this will be able to get me any reward points on Axis HDFC or any other card?

I don't know their merchant code but YEIDA, or Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, is not a direct government entity, but it is a government undertaking.

Any help on this will be appreciated... I wanted to use AMEX on their site but they don't support AMEX

Depends on MCC category you'll get points if eligible.

This is a problem since I don't know the MCC and there is no way to find it.

Yes, can't do anything.. have to do test transaction, pay 200rs. first check mcc with customer support.

Its being treated as government spend. Didn't get reward points for brochure fee on HDFC card. called up customer care and was informed that its marked as government spends.
planning to do transaction for registration fee through IDFC club vistara card, will be counted towards milestone. BUut hopefully it wont be classified as utility spend.. in that case i will be charged 1% extra by idfc

Shit . Just paid the amount via Magnus Burgundy hoping that this wont get counted in Govt spends . Paid 1% extra also

Has anyone tried if transaction fees is levied on Rupay credit UPI? ICICI Coral rupay can earn 8k reward points due to milestone benefits and fact that govt transactions are still included.

Did you try this? Any idea about the MCC code?
