Reward points on rent payment - Axis Magnus

I am aware that rent payment will not be counted as part of milestone benefits on Magnus.

But will I continue to earn Edge Rewards if I pay my rent using the Magnus card?

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but I could not find it.

If you pay through Payzapp/Redgiraffe then these are currently being classified as insurance spends and so you should get the reward points as well as milestone benefits. But i expect this to change at any time so please treat this advise with caution

Well, then you need to register on Redgirraffe (link) first.

After the registration, the Redgirraffe team will verify and assign you a registration ID. You need to add that ID on PayZapp.
This is the cheapest way.

Any app can give ER points using m4b but fee would be much higher on other platforms.

With Burgundy Magnus , I made a payment of 2 L + on 15th Aug to a 3rd party via POS machine . Later, I was deducted 1500 rent transaction fee and 270 Rs. GST . Its been 23 days and still I have not received any MB points for the rent transaction ( I have made some normal payments post that and those points have come ) .

Query to all people who pay rent via Magnus Burgundy , how long will it take to get the MB points ? Pls help .

P.S - I am aware that rent is considered uptil 50k but atleast MB points for those should have come .
