Reward Ponts or Milestone benefits with Regalia World

I am asking this question as previous answers are from 2024 and rules change constantly. If I reload my wallet with HDFC Regalia, will I get any reward points or milestone benefits ? Other cards I have are :

ICICI Emeralde PVC
IDFC Wealth
Amex Gold and MRCC
ICICI Amazon Pay

wallet loading with regalia gold doesn't work for regular points but definitely will get milstone benefits (no exceptions as of now),
- Emeralde (no reward points but can work for fee waiver),
- wealth (3x reward points and count towards lounge limit),
- AMEX (both regular + milestone benefits),
- APay (regular points)

Btw, with wallet loading charges of 2.5% around, both emeralde, wealth and apay won't give any +ve net rewards but rg, amex might depends on milestone achievement.
