Hi! I wanted to have an understanding of how you guys pay your credit bills. I heard that someone's credit score dropped by a lot because they rounded down and paid their bills. This was reported as non-payment by the bank and their credit score dropped significantly. After hearing this, now I always leave some amount as credit.

You pay the exact amount which has been billed to you. For an example if it's INR 1,23,456.78, you pay the .78 as well, not the rounded off amount as INR 1,23,456

As already mentioned
Either pay exactly amount

For example if bill (total amount due) is 1111.11 then pay exactly 1111.11
Or pay 1112
Don't pay anything lower than total amount due i.e anything lower than 1111.11 is not a safe bet

(As an example only I've considered 1111.11)
