I had applied for a Roar Bank credit card on May 31, 2025, but the application was rejected at that time with the reason that I could reapply after 3 months. Now, more than 3 months have already passed, but the option to reapply is still not available.
When I contacted the bank via email, they gave me a very strange response—something I have never received from any bank in the past 5 years of my credit history, nor have I ever faced such a problem while applying for a credit card.
I have also repeatedly requested the bank to share the name of the institution they are referring to, but they have not provided that information.
Could you please advise what the next step of action should be in this situation?
