I had paid thru Amazon UPI for a Fresh grocery order from Roarbank and immediately cancelled it seeing no cashback. The Amazon pay transaction history isn't showing any refund for it. How long will it take?

I made a few transactions on the PVR website on October 3rd but haven’t received any cashback, even though I selected the Cinema category. I contacted customer support, and they created a request with an estimated resolution date of October 8th, but I haven’t received any response or cashback yet.
