There is no update in the Rupay website for loung access from April 2023.
They update Amazon and Swiggy offer on the website which is applicable from April 2023.
Anyone tried at Airport on or after April 2023?

Looks like there is an update on usage of Lounge access for Rupay platinum debit card, though there is not date mentioned in the terms and condition document.

Looks like there is an update on usage of Lounge access for Rupay platinum debit card, though there is not date mentioned in the terms and condition document.

I guess these lounges are bank specific as the RuPay website (https://www.rupay.co.in/our-cards/rupay-debit/rupay-platinum) confirms that Platinum debit cards are eligible for lounge access but bank representatives say otherwise.
Tried with ICICI Platinum debit card and customer care confirmed that there is no lounge offered while SBI representatives had no idea.

Worked perfectly for union Bank Rupay platinum debit card at Delhi T3 encalm launge..

Ubi and Canara Rupay platinum worked at shrinagar launge too. Moreover, same card was used for two launge access within a week, one at new Delhi and other at shrinagar today.

Didn't try swiggy offer as other offers are better most of the times.

How to find whether it's ICAi card or not

This is an ICAI card. Went for it only because it was LTF and better than Premier. Gives 3 Lounge Visits/Qtr and is accepted at almost all lounges in India and 6 months complementary Fitpass membership which is useless anyway as it cannot substitute for a regular gym membership.

The only significant benefit I found is 1000 points on making transactions of 1000 bucks 5 times in a month. Basically, it's a poor man's Amex Gold. So, gets you a 6.25% return in best case scenario which is nice for a LTF card.

Btw BoB has a similar card for ICSI and ICMA members as well.
