That's because they haven't started enforcing the verification. This is a transition period to inform you and let you make changes to the account.

As in, contacting support. It would've been so much worse if they immediately enforced it, you'd be locked out of your account till you figured out a solution.

2 possibilities can happen

1. the card linked to mobile number that gets otp for transaction will only work

2. one card will be linked to one rupay account only


if misuse, card may gets blocked (bank may audit for misuse after 3-4 month)
so no reason to be happy if card works in multiple account, need to be cautious

2nd is better because
1. I would not want to give out my bank linked contact number to everyone in the future which may also lead to another possibility where just like cult all vouchers would be linked to a contact number to prevent misuse.
2. If I am paying 1.2k for each card, I must get the benefit for each card, normally we can have multiple bank accounts with rsdc but same contact number, so in that case other cards are rendered just as useless.

Linking one card to a number of our choice is best because people have started to recently abuse the benefits are lot, saw a dude's post selling 20+ thyrocare vouchers while he claimed to have already sold 50+.

Why the OP manifests the death of RSDC all the time? Even last time he/she claimed something like this it was some lounge access change.I feel this thread is unnecessary fear mongering. Jis din band hona hoga, tab dekhenge, roz dar dar ke jiyo fir.... We have FASAK cards/accounts.... devaluations don't scare us , but this constant pessimism does.

Anyways, mai kaun hota hu aapko kuchh bolne wala. Karo karo post....
