ICICI RuPay Platinum debit card is Lifetime Free for Salary account and some special premium accounts.

IDFC Firstap Sticker add-on RuPay Platinum debit card - Rs99+GST (currently, no annual fee)

Canara and PNB give add-on debit cards too. BOB also issue add-on BPCL RuPay Platinum debit card.

Saraswat bank - 1 Physical (chargable) + Virtual RuPay Platinum card is free and also block and generate new virtual card every 7 days.

500+GST for all Platinum debit card Visa/mastercard/RuPay card.

Recently due to EMV chip shortage and high demand of Platinum debit cards, Banks increasing debit card fees.

I don’t understand add on debit card … I do have Canara bank account and RuPay platinum also …is add-on free?

No, add-on also chargeable, card issuing was free. i dnt know Canara now charge issue fee or not, apply add-on here - https://canarabankcsis.in/dcrpl/

Note - you can apply for add-on RuPay Platinum debit card and use multiple cards on same Amazon wallet account and earn more profit.
Canara bank issue total 4 add-on RuPay Platinum debit cards.
PNB issue total 3-4 add-on RuPay Platinum debit cards.

If there was a chip shortage other banks would've also increased the fees but Canara is charging the highest and I think Canara is charging extra as we are using it for Amazon pay offer.

Charges are same for all visa/mastercard/RuPay debit cards variant.

Banks never discriminate between card networks.

Same bank Visa Platinum debit card and Mastercard Platinum debit card also charges same fees Rs500+GST
