Is anyone else facing issue while trying to redeem benefits on Rupay portal for their select debit cards? I recently got BoB Rupay Select Debit card and while redeeming the benefits on portal https://www.rupay.co.in/rupayselect/ I keep getting error below:

Was facing this problem with Central Bank of India, CBI and Union Bank of India for the past 2 days.

However Bank of Maharashtra worked fine during these days.

Kept on trying the other 3 bank's, always showed this same message irrespective of OTP.

Yesterday night BOB and Union Bank went through, after 11 pm.

CBI still struggling

I suggest you to try again sometime later.

It might be a technical glitch, or may be an interesting development from banks' side to limit utilisation.

Too early to comment.

Update - Both CBI and UBI working now for my family

ipg.bobgateway.com did not respond.

Getting this error after entering card details. OTP entering prompt not coming.

Never worked on this portal as well, some issue with newly opened BoB Super Savings account maybe but mine is now 3 weeks old! Sarkari banks can be hard to predict,

I have tried to redeem Flipkart & Blinkit Vouchers using RSDC. Blinkit voucher aws received immediatley, but Flipkart voucer yet to be recived even after 24 hrs.

Finally, Flipkart voucher arrived after more than 48 hrs.

Use mobile data. I switched to mobile data after getting this error and reloaded the page - even that worked 😀

Try changing your card settings. Your Online transactions might be disabled.

In that case transaction fails. You don't get a not responding error.
