I got my rhodium select rupay via the 2nd option. Bank was clueless, and then I saw someone comment they need to mention some 3 letter code on the application form (for issuing new card) and only then I got my card.

In my case they wasted nearly 2 weeks, asked me for some document 3-4 times, only to later tell me that my company is not on the tie up list. I had even written down the DC code on the application form for these clueless people.

not easy to get rupay select from SBI. only issued to HNI or high salary customers.

HDFC, IDFC doesn't even have rupay select.

hich vouchers didn't refresh? non-ott ones should be refreshed every quarter, check again, or try redeeming by creating rupay account

Nope it didn't got refreshed in October. What about you? Do u have to create a new account to refresh it?

In normal cases creating new account isn't required, for you I was suggesting to try redeeming by creating a new rupay account
